Purple Breakfast Smoothie | Tasty Tuesdays #12


I've really been getting back into having a smoothie alongside my bowl of cereal in the mornings, so I thought I'd share with you one of my typical breakfast smoothies!

It's nothing fancy, and it just relies on whatever we've got stocked in the kitchen if I'm honest! But usually it involves a banana, a handful of spinach, apple/orange juice, and another fruit of some sort.


1 banana

2 handfuls of spinach

1 handful of frozen mixed berries

apple & mango fruit juice

Blend and enjoy!
